Durgapur Manufacturing Unit:

We are having the capability of structural fabrication of about 400 to 450 M.T. per month at our Durgapur workshop, workshop is a registered with various Government agencies (NSIC, MSME, DMC, WBPCB) for certification as well as to full fill various statuary rule.

Special facility Available at our Manufacturing Unit:

  • Machining facility: Lathe (12 ft bed and 6 ft bed), Shaping and Boring machine.
  • Welding facility: MIG /MAG welding, Submerged Arc Welding (SAW), TIG Welding and Aluminium welding facility available.
  • Testing facility: Ultrasonic testing, Radiography Testing, stress relieving services, pre-post weld heat treating facility available.
  • Painting and Coating facility: Metalizing Facility including blasting and painting available.
  • Plate rolling facility: plate rolling facility up to 36 mm thick plate available.
  • Carbon steel fabrication facility: Plasma cutting machine including automated welding facility available.
